3" Hoya Compacta Inner Variegated 'Mauna Loa'

The Hoya Compacta 'Inner Variegated'—also known as the Variegated Hindu Rope Plant—is a highly sought-after collector's Hoya featuring thick, twisted vines with creamy yellow to white variegation running through the center of each curled leaf. Slow-growing but incredibly rewarding, this unique plant develops cascading vines that make a stunning display in hanging baskets or on a shelf. With patience and bright light, mature plants may produce clusters of fragrant, star-shaped pink flowers.

Each plant is unique, and variegation will vary from plant to plant.

🌞 Light: Bright, indirect light. A few hours of gentle morning sun can help maintain vibrant variegation and encourage blooming.

💧 Water: Allow the potting mix to dry almost completely between waterings. Hoyas prefer to stay on the drier side and dislike consistently wet soil.

🌡️ Humidity: Thrives in moderate to high humidity but adapts well to average household conditions.

🐾 Pet Safety: Pet safe (non-toxic to cats and dogs).
