Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Monday through Wednesday, in order to avoid carrier delays. Free USPS Priority Shipping on all orders over $100.
Shipping available to USA only.
Winter shipping is FREE on all orders. We look at weather conditions in your area to decide if heat packs and insulation are needed. No code needed!
We reserve the right to delay shipping due to weather conditions (either from our location or yours). We want to provide the best chance for your plants to arrive alive. Obviously, we can't always predict the weather, but if you see bad weather in your area after you've purchased your order and you would like us to hold shipping until the following week, please email us at: thesimplyrootedmama@gmail.com.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds or exchanges.
We pack our plants with great care and take pride in providing quality plants and great customer service. With that said, there is always some risk shipping live plants. Minor cosmetic damage is a risk in purchasing plants online. These risks include: yellow or wilting leaves, leaf loss, broken stems, or minor root damage.
We inspect each plant closely before it is shipped. If it does not meet the quality we expect, we will not ship your order and will contact you to work on a solution.
We are not responsible for carrier delays and/or damage, however, we will work with you to file an insurance claim through the carrier.
If you have an issue with a plant's condition upon arrival, document the damage (with photos and/or videos) and contact us within the first 24 hours. We will evaluate the damage and work with you to file an insurance claim with the postal service.
